GoMotion Physio Fees and Cancellations
At Gomotion Physiotherapy, we pride ourselves on providing quality service to our clients and our fees represent this while giving you the best value for money we can offer. Our fees are subject to change, and we reserve the right to adjust them as necessary, but we will advise you where possible. Read on to learn more about our payment and cancellation policy.

We require full payment at the time of your appointment or within 48 hours of the appointment if paying by bank transfer but only by prior agreement.

If you hold medical insurance, we will be happy to assist you in submitting your claim. However, you must provide us with all of the required information to process your claim prior to the appointment. Failure to provide the necessary information may mean you will be required to pay for any service at the time of the appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients who may be in need of our services. If you do not provide us with sufficient notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
